Planning by Flint and Lambourn Marquees

Planning Process

We are here to help you choose the right tent for your event. Following a free site visit with Olly Morris-Adams (MD) to measure up, discuss and go through the details, we will send a bespoke quotation with CAD drawing of the marquee layout. There are bound to be small adjustments in the lead up to your event so Olly will stay in touch to add in those tweaks! Once on site, all the preparation and planning pays off and we put your marquee up!

Confirmation and deposit - we send you a confirmation and deposit request (usually 30%). Once received, your booking is secure.

Take down - you have had a brilliant event and all that remains is for our team to come back, remove the marquee and equipment, leaving your space neat and tidy.

Venue Finding Services from Flint and Lambourn Marquees

Venues

You can dream up the perfect party but don't have quite enough space or quite the right place... we can help. We have worked with countless venues in the South West of England over the years and have build up excellent relationships with many prestigious and heritage sites. We can help you to find the right location on your doorstep and work with their team to extend the venue with a stunning marquee.

Or you can use ours... Willow Farm, just outside Highworth on the county borders of Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, has a superb 8 acre site, which offers a completely flexible location for a wedding, party or corporate event. With beautiful views across the Thames, plenty of room for parking and outdoor activities, and within easy reach of major towns and cities, Willow Farm gives you a generous blank space to create your own event.

Semi-Permanent Marquees

Adding a freestanding structure with no internal supports can give valuable additional capacity to a building that might have a quirky or inflexible internal design. Whether attached to a hotel or stately home, school or business premises, a semi-permanent marquee can bring many benefits. From additional entertainment spaces, catering, dining, seating, dancing or reception areas, to providing spaces to provide continuance of service during building or refurbishment works, for instance, a semi-permanent addition to a building gives a quick and easy solution without the disruption of multiple installs or take-downs. Not just for the summer, marquees work equally well during the winter season. Add in an efficient heating unit and you gain a seamless extension to your venue.

We can provide a free, no obligation site survey where we discuss the right size, level of interior fitting and finish, furniture, lighting and more.
